Mongla has filed a case against the president of the managing committee for raping two children in a madrasa, which was filed by the father of a victim of torture.
The accused's name is Autal Sardar, a resident of Sundarban Unit of the upazila.
Sundarban Union Parishad Chairman Ikram Ikram said that the allegations against Autal are true, he has been in the same situation before, and this should be a trial.
